You will get ~detailed weekly shopping lists, a weeks worth of recipes, planned cook dates, access to a customized nutrition app. (* where you see your daily meals to track and check off. I organize all of your meals, so you do not have to think about what you will be eating. And this awesome tool will target your specific weight loss, or muscle gain goals!!
